| Rescheduling your Appointment |
| The only way to reschedule your appointment is to cancel your original appointment and then book a new one. |
| How to Cancel an Appointment |
| Go to Feistan.com Click on the appointment tab. Click on the consent form. Click "click here to make your appointment through our scheduler." Log in with the email address that you used to schedule your original appointment.(The Login is in the top right hand corner of the page) Click on cancel appointment. |
| If you are not rescheduling, then you are done and will get a cancellation email and a refund for the full amount as long as you've cancelled prior to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. |
| To reschedule click on the select service drop down menu on the left side of the scheduler and continue booking your new appointment. |
