User refers to users of FEISTAN.COM, ENNYBEGS INC., FEISTAN and FEISTAN AT HOME and refers to all services and products provided by us. FEISTAN, FEISTAN.COM, ENNYBEGS INC., AND FEISTAN AT HOME (collectively FEISTAN.COM) provides a portal for Site visitors to find information and book spray tan appointments at various Irish dancing competitions as well as purchasing Feistan products. In order to effectuate the interactive and social aspects of the website, FEISTAN.COM collects certain information about its users, the use of which is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Privacy Concerning Becoming a Feistan Girl
By submitting your pictures to Feistan, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age. You acknowledge that your pictures may be posted on the Feistan website as well as social media websites and other marketing channels that Feistan utilizes to promote Feistan services and products. You acknowledge that it is in the administrators discretion where, when and how the pictures are utilized.
CONSIDERATIONS WITH REGARD TO UPLOADED PICTURES
By uploading pictures to the Feistan website or via email directly to a Feistan.com email address or any social media, participants grant Feistan a non-exclusive, sublicenseable and transferable right to display, perform, copy, and alter the pictures. By uploading pictures to the website, emailing pictures to a Feistan.com address, social media or any other legal consent means, participants warrant that the pictures do not violate the intellectual rights of third parties and participants shall defend and hold Feistan harmless for any violation of any third-party's intellectual property rights if violated by the participants' upload pictures.

I understand that there will visibly be other female clients either partially nude, naked or in their underwear or swimsuits in the tanning area and I do not object to seeing this.
